  • Scientific research has shown that habits are built through repetition so that neural pathway speed is increased and thinking is sped up to the point of appearing to be instinct or ‘talent’ when it is in fact a direct result of repetition training. What you call instinctiveness, i would call having great habits. A great book on the subject is The Talent Code by Daniel Coyle.
